Can we live in the home during a whole-house renovation?
Sometimes, depending on scope — we'll be direct with you during the site walk about whether that's realistic for your project.
How do you coordinate so many trades at once?
You have one point of contact throughout — us. We schedule and sequence every trade so nothing stalls the project.
How often will I get updates?
Weekly, at minimum, plus you're welcome to walk the site any time.
What happens if you find something unexpected once walls are open?
It happens on almost every whole-house project — old wiring, water damage, or similar issues. We stop, explain what we found and the options, and get your sign-off before moving forward.
Do I need to move furniture out during the renovation?
For a whole-house project, yes — we'll tell you what needs to be cleared from each area and when, so it doesn't hold up the schedule.
