We pull the necessary permits and coordinate inspections with the city or county.
Construction
Framing, trades, and finish work, with regular updates so you always know where things stand.
Walkthrough & Closeout

Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
In most cases, yes — we phase the work to keep at least part of the home livable, especially on whole-house projects. We'll talk through what's realistic for your specific scope during the site walk.
Do you handle the design as well as the build?
We can work from your architect's plans, or help with design decisions ourselves for most residential remodels. For fully custom architectural work, we coordinate with design partners.
How do you handle changes once work has started?
Any change to the original scope goes through a written change order with the added cost before we proceed — so there's never a surprise on the final bill.
Do you handle permits for a remodel?
Yes — we pull any required permits and coordinate inspections as part of the project, so that's never something you have to manage yourself.
Is there a warranty on the finished work?
Yes — a one-year workmanship warranty covering the labor we perform. Materials, fixtures, and appliances carry their own manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you at closeout.
