Discovery & Site Walk
We walk the site or the existing structure, talk through scope and budget range, and confirm the project is a fit before anything gets drawn.
Clear Scope & Next Steps
We confirm the project scope, expectations, and next steps before work begins. If anything changes, we communicate it clearly before moving forward.
Permitting
We pull the permits and handle inspections scheduling, so the paperwork isn't sitting on your desk.
Construction
A dedicated site supervisor runs the schedule and trade coordination, with weekly updates back to you.
Walkthrough & Closeout
A final walkthrough, punch list, and warranty paperwork — the project isn't done until that list is at zero.
